- Audi Alto Central Coast, Audi Indooroopilly and Audi Sutherland take top honours at Audi Dealer of the Year awards

Sydney, Australia, March 19, 2018 - Audi Australia has announced the winners of the 2017 Dealer of the Year awards at a gala evening on Friday, at Australian Technology Park. Since their establishment in 2007, the Audi Dealer of the Year awards have recognised the top performing dealerships from the national network in the categories Rural, Metropolitan and Major Metropolitan.
Audi ambassador, Sandra Sully, was emcee for the black-tie event which not only honoured the best dealerships from the network, but the individual efforts of key personal from across the business through the Audi quattro Club awards.
These included those in roles as diverse as Foreperson, Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, Parts and Service Manager, and Audi Approved: plus Manager. All vital to the ongoing success of the brand.
Audi Australia Managing Director, Paul Sansom, praised the commitment to excellence of all those recognised, restating the importance of Audi's holistic approach to customer satisfaction across the board.
"It is the effort of each individual in the dealer network, striving to be the best that makes all the difference," said Mr Sansom.
"We have exciting and groundbreaking product, with a tremendous number of new models on the way that really are at the forefront of innovation, but that human side across every facet of the business is vital to us becoming the best and building on our customer loyalty long into the future."
The evening also celebrated the long-term partnerships of Audi Australia with dealerships that had reached special milestones. Audi Centre Sydney, Audi Alto Artarmon, Audi Alto Pennant Hills and Audi Centre Parramatta were each recognised for their 10 year partnerships with Audi, while Audi Centre Gold Coast celebrated ist second decade in partnership with the brand.
The evening also marked the first anniversary of the Audi Foundation, a philanthropic organisation established by Audi Australia and the national dealer network to assist those in need in the communities in which the brand operates. To date, the foundation has directly helped more than half a million people across the country through its ongoing partnerships with some oft he country's leading charity organisations.
Mr Sansom congratulated all of the winners and stressed how instrumental they are in laying the platform for the exciting times ahead.
"Our investors – our dealers – are among the best partners that Audi could have in this country, and their commitment to the brand is evident daily.
"The automotive industry may well be facing the most radical revolution it's ever seen, but Audi is at the very forefront of innovation. We're pioneering technology, brilliant design and practical, progressive thinking that stands in the true spirit of Vorsprung.
