Following the successful introduction of the 'Women in Motorcycling' sessions  at the Sydney Motorcycle Show in 2017 the series will continue to grow, with special sessions confirmed as part Moto Expo presented by Shannons Insurance at Melbourne Showgrounds this weekend (23-25 November).

The sessions, will celebrate women in motorcycling with a series of informative presentations and features. Motodoll and avid rider Jacinta Siracusa will host the presentations on the Shannons Superstage on Saturday 24 November.

The 'Women in Motorcycling' presentations will include information for women looking to explore the world of motorcycles as well as interviews with female motorcyclists including Girl Rider Gear founder Yvonne Barker, renowned helmet and tank artist Nina Mhlc and Kayla Wilson from Melbourne's all female riders group.

Siracusa, who has worked within the motorcycling industry for over 10 years said she is looking forward to introducing more women to motorcycling.

"The women in Motorcycling sessions in Melbourne will be fresh and not to be missed,." she said. "They'll be aimed at females who are considering getting their licence, have been riding a short time or have been owning the streets on their bike for years. We'll have something for everyone!

"There are so many amazingly talented she bosses and rad blokes out there having a good go and bringing quality products and services to the Melbourne/Aussie moto scene targeted specifically at women.

"I'm excited to be able to bring them into the spotlight through these sessions so that they can share their story and passion with their target audience on a personal level," Siracusa added.

Hundreds of new motorcycles will be on display throughout 20,000 sqm of exhibition space including a massive range of motorcycles suitable for women.  A large range of LAMS approved motorcycles for new riders will also be on display with experts on hand to discuss the best options suited to each individual's needs.
