Coinciding with the all-new Forester launch, Subaru has evolved the "Build and Buy" tool, offering customers the option to build and purchase all Subaru models online.
Embracing the Subaru "do" philosophy of always putting customers at the heart of everything we do, Subaru continues to add additional options for customers to interact with the brand, including shopping centre stores, pop-ups and the "Build and Buy" tool.
Initially introduced with BRZ in 2012, the "Build and Buy" tool launched to great success, with BRZ selling out just three hours after "go-live".
Expanding on this success, WRX STI was introduced for online sale in 2013 and most recently, Impreza and XV in 2017.
Aligning with the launch of the new generation Impreza, the "Build and Buy" tool was reinvented to include the entire Subaru range, empowering customers to select a model from the range, a variant and their desired colour, transmission and any accessories; and receive a transparent driveaway price.
With nearly 15,500 builds a month so far in 2018, the tool has been widely embraced by an ever-increasing tech savvy audience.
Now, the next iteration of "Build and Buy" has arrived, providing the opportunity for customers to build and purchase their desired Subaru model entirely online.
Staying true to the company's Subaru "do" philosophy of removing obstacle for customers, the "Build and Buy" tool adopts a mobile first approach, giving customers the flexibility to build and purchase a Subaru anywhere, anytime.
Subaru Australia Managing Director, Colin Christie, said: "The latest evolution of 'Build and Buy' presents an exciting opportunity for Subaru and our customers.
"The ability to purchase a vehicle entirely online ensures we continue to offer access to Subaru when and where our customers want.
"Build and Buy, which continues to deliver on our Subaru 'do' philosophy, makes buying a Subaru fun, flexible and convenient."
