Triumph Australia has just announced a change in its 3 rider line up for the 'Belray 6 Hour' at the Philip Island circuit, Dec 3-5/2010.

Christan Cassela & John Chiodo will now be joined by 20 year old young gun, Jed Metcher. Marty Cragill has had to withdraw from the race citing medical reasons.

Jed is an Australian motorcycle racer who has taken on the world with his ambition to ride at the top level. Jed has achieved great results in Australia without the backing that the big factory teams enjoy. His current goal is to venture overseas into a world championship competition, in a fulltime role.

Jed is currently riding superbikes in the IDM German Championship with RT Motorsports a Dutch based team. Jed's background is mainly in 125GP, and has also included year on a Supersport bike in 2009. Jed has been road racing for 8 years. His career highlight is a 2008 MotoGP wildcard ride where he finished in 20th position in the 125gp world championship race.
