Suzuki's stunning Boulevard M109R muscle cruiser is ready to cause a stir, with a standout new Cherry Red colour scheme now available in Australia.

Deriving its name from its 109 cubic inch engine, the ground-breaking Boulevard M109R combines unique cruiser styling with the latest Suzuki technology.

That winning combination has seen the Boulevard M109R become the most dominant Japanese cruiser, and the only big-bore Japanese model consistently inside the Top 10 selling cruisers in Australia.

With 112mm forged aluminium-alloy pistons, the largest reciprocating gasoline engine piston of any mass-produced passenger car or motorcycle, the Suzuki is powered by a 1,783cc, liquid-cooled, DOHC, V-Twin engine.

Delivering potent power and torque with smooth acceleration, the engine utilises Suzuki's advanced Dual Throttle Valve (SDTV) fuel-injection system among its race-proven engine technology.

A bold, 2-into-1-into-2, stainless steel, chromed exhaust and the advanced Suzuki Exhaust Tuning (SET) system provide optimum performance and a distinctive V-twin engine note.

With race-proven cartridge internals and 46mm stanchion tubes, inverted front forks work with a cast-aluminium-alloy swingarm with progressive linkage and single rear shock to give the Suzuki a smooth ride on the open road.

Not out of place on a sportsbike, the Boulevard M109R features radial-mounted four-piston calipers with dual 310mm front brake rotors, and a dual-piston rear caliper and 275mm disc.

The widest tyre ever used on a Suzuki motorcycle, a 240mm rear Dunlop tyre helps deliver the incredible power of the Boulevard M109R and complements its aggressive look.

Perfect for touring the Suzuki has a 19-litre fuel tank and a low and comfortable riding position, while the solo seat cover can be easily swapped to accommodate a passenger when required.

The 2009 Suzuki Boulevard M109R (VZR1800) is now available in a Pearl Black or new Cherry Red livery for an RRP of $18,990\* including a two-year, unlimited kilometre warranty.

\* RRP includes GST, excludes dealer delivery and government charges.
