Despite Tyreright keeping busy rolling out approximately 170 Tyreright and ATSCs (Affiliated Tyreright Service Centres), their strong commitment to their customers hasn't missed a beat.

While they may be different ends of the spectrum insofar as May marks the official beginning of the dry season in the Northern Territory and the beginning of the wet in Tasmania, one thing that doesn't differ across the nation is Tyreright's commitment to 'right advice, right service, right choice'. Now Tyreright have winning accolades to prove it.

Tyreright Alice Springs has just won the Northern Territory, State Chamber of Commerce, best business for customer service award! With the award already tucked away, manager Wayne Geisler won't be resting on his laurels as he continues to build his business and customer base to even greater success.

Tyreright St Leonards, proudly owned and run by Keith Murfett, has just won the TACC (Tasmanian Automobile Chamber of Commerce) Tyre Dealer of the Year award. The TACC has served the automotive industry in Tasmania since 1930. The Tasmania TACC Castrol Motor Industry Awards is an annual event that recognizes the efforts of their members.

Tyreright St Leonards was in good company, competing against not just another Tyreright store but also two Bridgestone dealers, several Bob Jane stores and a local Tyrepower. The award is not easy to come by as it is based on a comprehensive set of criteria that include; site presentation, environmental practices, business planning, promotion, employee relationship, occupation health and safety and the two most important in Tyreright's philosophy; keeping up with technology and customer service.

Peter Spring, the General Manager of Tyreright said; "we are constantly asking ourselves, how we can make our customers' lives easier, both through our online and offline services so it's fantastic to see this ethos being recognised and rewarded in all parts of Australia."

Tyreright was launched with the aim to dramatically change the retail tyre market in Australia. At a time when no major retailer even provided online pricing, Tyreright launched Australia's first national tyre eCommerce site that caters for purchasing and tyre fitment. Tyreright empowers customers to understand their tyres and gain confidence in their tyre choices, while saving them time and hassle.

With these recent award acknowledgements, it's a vindication of what the retail industry call a successful "bricks and clicks" business, with quality customer service from online to in-store.
